Each announcement is custom designed to your specifications. To help us create the perfect announcement for you, please let us know which design(s) you like the most. Please provide as much information as possible. If you like some elements from one design and other elements from another design, please indicate it below and we will do our best to implement your requests.

We will verify your information and contact you if there are any discrepancies. A Paypal invoice will be emailed to you shortly. Payment is required before we print your announcements.
I have reviewed my order form. I understand that all pertinent information, including photographs, need to be received before design of my announcements can begin. I understand that if I change my order after I give written approval of the final proof, I may be charged a $50 change fee, depending on whether my order can be cancelled with the printer. If I am not satisfied with my order I will receive a full refund after the entire order is returned to Perfect Pixels Design, within 2 weeks of purchase. I understand that shipping costs will not be refunded. Perfect Pixels Design will not be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or otherwise not received. I understand that all photographs and digital images are subject to copyright law, and it is illegal to reproduce images taken by a professional photographer or owned by someone else without the express consent of the photographer or copyright owner. By submitting photographs to Perfect Pixels Design, I acknowledge that I own the copyright to the images or I have obtained the express permission of the copyright owner.
